(88) بَابُ الْقِرَاءَةِ خَلْفَ الْإِمَامِ، وَإِنْ جَهَرَ الْإِمَامُ بِالْقِرَاءَةِ وَالزَّجْرِ عَنْ أَنْ يَزِيدَ الْمَأْمُومُ عَلَى قِرَاءَةِ فَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ إِذَا جَهَرَ الْإِمَامُ بِالْقِرَاءَةِ.

نا مُؤَمَّلُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ الْيَشْكُرِيُّ ، نا إِسْمَاعِيلُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عُلَيَّةَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ . ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْجَزَرِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى ، نا مُحَمَّدٌ . ح وَحَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الأُمَوِيُّ ، نا أَبِي ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ، وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ ، وَيَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ ، قَالا : حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ هَارُونَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ وَهُوَ ابْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، حَدَّثَنِي مَكْحُولٌ ، عَنْ مَحْمُودِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ الأَنْصَارِيِّ وَكَانَ يَسْكُنُ إِيلِيَاءَ ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ ، قَالَ : صَلَّى بِنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلاةَ الصُّبْحِ ، فَثَقُلَتْ عَلَيْهِ الْقِرَاءَةُ ، فَلَمَّا انْصَرَفَ قَالَ : " إِنِّي لأَرَاكُمْ تَقْرَءُونَ وَرَاءَ إِمَامِكُمْ ؟ " قَالَ : قُلْنَا : أَجَلْ وَاللَّهِ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، هَذًّا قَالَ : " فَلا تَفْعَلُوا إِلا بِأُمِّ الْكِتَابِ ؛ فَإِنَّهُ لا صَلاةَ لِمَنْ لَمْ يَقْرَأْ بِهَا " . هَذَا حَدِيثُ ابْنِ عُلَيَّةَ ، وَعَبْدِ الأَعْلَى
Sayyiduna Ubadah bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) led us in the morning prayer, and recitation became heavy and difficult for him. Then, when he finished the prayer, he asked: "Surely, I think you recite behind your Imam?" They say, we replied, "Yes, by Allah, O Messenger of Allah (we recite quickly)." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Then do not recite anything except Umm al-Kitab, because whoever does not recite Surah Al-Fatihah, his prayer is not valid." This hadith is from Ibn Ulayyah and Abdul A'la.
