نَا نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ، نَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ يَعْنِي الثَّقَفِيَّ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ يَحْيَى بْنَ سَعِيدٍ ، يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ نَافِعًا يُحَدِّثُ ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ ، كَانَ يَقُولُ : " كُنَّا إِذَا فَقَدْنَا الإِنْسَانَ فِي صَلاةِ الْعِشَاءِ الآخِرَةِ وَالصُّبْحِ أَسَأْنَا بِهِ الظَّنَّ "
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that when we did not find someone present in the 'Isha and Fajr prayers, we would think badly of him (that he had become a hypocrite).
