(549) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الْبَيَانِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُسَلِّمُ مِنْ كُلِّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ مِنَ الثَّمَانِ رَكَعَاتِ اللَّاتِي صَلَّاهُنَّ صَلَاةَ الضُّحَى

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ ، نَا عَمِّي ، حَدَّثَنَا عِيَاضُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ مَخْرَمَةَ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أُمِّ هَانِئٍ بِنْتِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ " صَلَّى سُبْحَةَ الضُّحَى ثَمَانِ رَكَعَاتٍ كَانَ يُسَلِّمُ مِنْ كُلِّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ "
Sayyidah Umm Hani bint Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) performed eight units of Duha prayer on that day, and he would say salam after every two units.
