Sahih Ibn Hibban 5890 — Warning against using sacrificial animals
أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدُ بْنُ مُسَرْهَدٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لا فَرَعَ ، وَلا عَتِيرَةَ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "There is no significance to Fara’ and ‘Atirah."
