أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لا يَقْضِي الْقَاضِي بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ وَهُوَ غَضْبَانُ " .
Abdur Rahman bin Abu Bakr narrates from his father that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "No judge should decide between two people while he is angry."
