Sahih Ibn Hibban 3963 — on What Is Permitted and Not Permitted
أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرِ بْنُ السَّرْحِ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ ، وَيُونُسُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " الْوَزَغُ فُوَيْسِقٌ " ، وَهَذَا غَرِيبٌ : قَالَهُ الشَّيْخُ .
Sayyidah Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The lizard is a small transgressor."
