أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، بِبُسْتَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الطَّالْقَانِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ، عَنِ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ لَمْ يَدَعْ قَوْلَ الزُّورِ وَالْعَمَلَ بِهِ وَالْجَهْلَ ، فَلَيْسَ لِلَّهِ حَاجَةٌ فِي أَنْ يَدَعَ طَعَامَهُ وَشَرَابَهُ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever does not give up false speech, acting upon it, and displaying ignorance, then Allah has no need for him to give up his food and drink."
