«كان يجلس على الأرض ويأكل على الأرض ويعتقل الشاة ويجيب دعوة المملوك على خبز الشعير»
It was the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
"He (peace and blessings be upon him) would sit on the ground, eat sitting on the ground, hold the goat himself (for milking), and even accept the invitation of a slave to eat barley bread."
