«كان لا ينام حتى يقرأ بني إسرائيل والزمر»
It was the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
"He (peace and blessings be upon him) would not sleep without reciting Surah Bani Isra'il and Surah al-Zumar."
