«كان رحيما وكان لا يأتيه أحد إلا وعده وأنجز له إن كان عنده»
It was the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
"He (peace and blessings be upon him) was merciful, and whoever came to him, he would make him a promise, and if he had something with him, he would fulfil it for him."
