Sahih al-Jami al-Saghir 4745 — When he ﷺ ascended the pulpit, he would
«كان إذا صعد المنبر سلم»
It was the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
"When he (peace and blessings be upon him) ascended the pulpit, he would greet with salam."
"When he (peace and blessings be upon him) ascended the pulpit, he would greet with salam."
