«كان إذا خرج من بيته قال: بسم الله رب أعوذ بك من أن أزل أو أضل أو أظلم أو أظلم أو أجهل أو يجهل علي»
It was the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
"When he (peace and blessings be upon him) left his house, he would say: In the name of Allah. O Lord, I seek refuge in You from slipping or going astray, from doing wrong or being wronged, and from acting ignorantly or being treated ignorantly."
