كان إذا اشتكى أحد رأسه قال: [اذهب فاحتجم وإذا اشتكى رجله قال: اذهب فاخضبها بالحناء]
It was the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
"When someone complained of pain in his head, he (peace and blessings be upon him) would say: 'Go and have cupping done.' And when someone complained of pain in his foot, he would say: 'Go and apply henna to it.'"
