«كان إذا أراد أن يستودع الجيش قال:» استودع الله دينكم وأمانتكم وخواتيم أعمالكم"
It was the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
"When he (peace and blessings be upon him) intended to bid farewell to an army, he would say: 'I entrust to Allah your religion, your trusts and the final outcomes of your deeds.'"
