«كل مسكر خمر وكل مسكر حرام ومن شرب الخمر في الدنيا فمات وهو يدمنها لم يتب لم يشربها في الآخرة»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Every intoxicant is wine (khamr) and every intoxicant is forbidden. Whoever drinks wine in this world and dies while addicted to it without repenting, he will not drink it in the Hereafter."
