"كل شيء ليس من ذكر الله لهوولعب إلا أن يكون أربعة: ملاعبة الرجل امرأته وتأديب الرجل فرسه ومشي الرجل بين الغرضين، وتعليم الرجل السباحة "
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Everything that is not part of the remembrance of Allah is idle amusement and play, except four things: a man playing with his wife, a man training his horse, a man walking between two targets (to practise archery), and a man learning to swim."
