«كل بيعين لا بيع بينهما حتى يتفرقا إلا بيع الخيار»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Both the seller and the buyer have the option to cancel the sale as long as they have not separated, except for a sale in which an option (condition) was agreed beforehand."
