«كلوا في القصعة من جوانبها ولا تأكلوا من وسطها فإن البركة تنزل في وسطها»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Eat from the edges of the bowl and do not eat from its middle, for blessing descends in its middle."
