«قولوا: اللهم صل على محمد النبي الأمي وعلى آل محمد كما صليت على آل إبراهيم وبارك على محمد النبي الأمي كما باركت على آل إبراهيم في العالمين إنك حميد مجيد والسلام كما قد علمتم»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Say: O Allah, send Your mercy upon Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), the unlettered Prophet, and upon the family of Muhammad, as You sent Your mercy upon the family of Ibrahim; and send Your blessings upon Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), the unlettered Prophet, as You sent Your blessings upon the family of Ibrahim among the worlds; indeed You are Praiseworthy, Glorious. And as for the salam, it is just as you already know."
