« {قُلْ هُواللَّهُ أَحَدٌ} والمعوذتين حين تمسي وحين تصبح ثلاث مرات تكفيك من كل شيء»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Recite Surah al-Ikhlas and the Mu'awwidhatayn (Surah al-Falaq and Surah al-Nas) three times each in the evening and the morning; they will suffice you against everything."
