«قل: اللهم فاطر السموات والأرض عالم الغيب والشهادة رب كل شيء ومليكه أشهد أن لا إله إلا أنت أعوذ بك من شر نفسي ومن شر الشيطان وشركه قلها إذا أصبحت وإذا أمسيت وإذا أخذت مضجعك»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Say: O Allah, Creator of the heavens and the earth, Knower of the unseen and the seen, Lord of everything and its Sovereign! I bear witness that there is no true god except You. I seek refuge in You from the evil of my own self and from the evil of Satan and his polytheism. Recite this (supplication) in the morning, in the evening and when you lie down in your bed."
