«قريش ولاة هذا الأمر فبر الناس تبع لبرهم وفاجرهم تبع لفاجرهم»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Quraysh are the rightful holders of this matter (the caliphate), so the righteous among the people follow their righteous, and the wicked among the people follow their wicked."
