«قال الله تعالى: أنا خلقت الرحم وشققت لها اسما من اسمي فمن وصلها وصلته ومن قطعها قطعته ومن بتها بتته»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Allah Almighty says: I created the rahm (kinship) and derived for it a name from My own name. So whoever joins it, I will join him (with My mercy); whoever severs it, I will sever him (from My mercy); and whoever cuts it off completely, I too will cut him off completely."
