«قاربوا وسددوا ففي كل ما يصاب به المسلم كفارة حتى النكبة ينكبها أو الشوكة يشاكها»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Keep to moderation and stay on the right course, for every hardship that befalls a Muslim is an expiation for his sins, even the stumble he suffers or the thorn that pricks him."
