«في الإنسان ستون وثلاثمائة مفصل فعليه أن يتصدق عن كل مفصل منها صدقة: النخاعة في المسجد تدفنها والشيء تنحيه عن الطريق فإن لم تقدر فركعتا الضحى تجزي عنك»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"In a human being there are three hundred and sixty joints, so he must give a charity on behalf of each joint: burying spittle in the mosque, and removing something from the road, are also charity. If you are unable to do that, then the two rak'ahs of the Duha prayer will suffice for you."
