«العباد عباد الله والبلاد بلاد الله فمن أحيا من موات الأرض شيئا فهو له وليس لعرق ظالم حق»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The servants are the servants of Allah and the lands are the lands of Allah. So whoever brings any part of dead land to life, it is his, and an unjust root has no right."
