«عليكم بالباءة فمن لم يستطع فعليه بالصوم فإنه له وجاء»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Hold fast to marriage; and whoever is not able to, let him fast, for it is a restraint for him (breaking his desire)."
