«عليك بالهجرة فإنه لا مثل لها» عليك بالجهاد فإنه لا مثل لها.....، عليك بالصوم فإنه لا مثل له عليك بالسجود فإنك لا تسجد لله سجدة إلا رفعك الله بها درجة وحط عنك بها خطيئة "
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Hold fast to emigration (hijrah), for there is no deed like it. Hold fast to jihad, for there is no deed like it. Hold fast to fasting, for there is no deed like it. Hold fast to prostration, for you will not make any prostration for Allah except that Allah will raise you a degree by it and remove a sin from you by it."
