«عرفة كلها موقف وارتفعوا عن بطن عرنة ومزدلفة كلها موقف وارتفعوا عن بطن محسر ومنى كلها منحر»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"The whole of Arafah is a place of standing, and keep away from the valley of Uranah; the whole of Muzdalifah is a place of standing, and keep away from the valley of Muhassir; and the whole of Mina is a place of sacrifice."
