«طوافك بالبيت وسعيك بين الصفا والمروة يكفيك لحجك وعمرتك»
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Your circumambulation (tawaf) of the House and your running (sa'i) between Safa and Marwah suffice you for both your Hajj and your Umrah."
