1- This hadith of Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) is Hasan Sahih.
2- In this chapter, ahadith have also been narrated from Majma' bin Jariyah, Ibn Abbas, and Abi Amrah (may Allah be pleased with them).
3- Most of the people of knowledge among the Companions and others act upon this; Sufyan Thawri, Awza'i, Malik bin Anas, Ibn Mubarak, Shafi'i, Ahmad, and Ishaq bin Rahwayh hold this view. They say that the mounted fighter will receive three shares: one share for himself and two shares for his horse, and the one who fights on foot will receive one share.
Hadith 1561
‘Ubadah bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent out a detachment at the beginning, he would give a quarter share, and when they went again after returning from battle, he would give an additional third share as a reward (nafl). __QUR_N__
Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- The hadith of ‘Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him) is Hasan.
2- This hadith is narrated from Abu Salam, who narrated it from a Companion, and he narrated it from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
3- In this chapter, there are also ahadith from Ibn ‘Abbas, Habib bin Maslamah, Ma’n bin Yazid, Ibn ‘Umar, and Salamah bin al-Akwa‘ (may Allah be pleased with them).
Hadith 1573
Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever's soul departs from his body while he is free from three things—treasure (hoarded wealth), stolen spoils, and debt—will enter Paradise." 1. Sa'id bin Abi 'Arubah narrated it in the same way in his narration «الكنز», and Abu 'Awanah narrated it in his narration «الكبر», but he did not mention «عن معدان» in it. ‘Iyad bin Hamar (may Allah be pleased with him) says that he (before accepting Islam) gave a gift or a she-camel to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The Prophet (peace be upon him) asked: “Have you accepted Islam?” He said: “No.” The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “I have been forbidden from accepting gifts from polytheists.”
© Imam Tirmidhi says:
1- This hadith is Hasan Sahih.
2- The meaning of the statement of the Prophet (peace be upon him) «إني نهيت عن زبد المشركين» is that I have been forbidden from their gifts. It is also narrated from the Prophet (peace be upon him) that he used to accept gifts from polytheists, whereas in this hadith there is mention of dislike. It is possible that this was a later action; previously he used to accept their gifts, then he forbade it. 1

When dawn broke, he would halt (from fighting) until the sun had risen. When the sun had risen, he would engage in jihad. Then, when it was midday, he would stop until the sun had declined. When the sun had declined, he would fight until ‘Asr, then he would halt until he had prayed ‘Asr, then he would resume jihad. Buraidah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that whenever the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) appointed a commander over an army, he would especially advise him to fear Allah regarding his own self and to do good to the Muslims who were with him. After that, he would say: Fight in the name of Allah and in His path, fight those who disbelieve in Allah, do not embezzle from the spoils of war, do not break covenants, do not mutilate, do not kill children. And when you face your polytheist enemies, invite them to three things; whichever of them they accept, accept it from them and refrain from fighting them: Invite them to Islam and to migrate from their homeland to the land of the emigrants, and inform them that if they do so, they will have the same rights as the emigrants and the same responsibilities as the emigrants. But if they refuse to migrate, inform them that they will be like the Bedouin Muslims, and the same rulings will apply to them as apply to the Bedouin Muslims: they will have no share in the spoils of war or in the fay’ unless they fight alongside the Muslims. If they refuse to do this, then seek Allah’s help against them and begin to fight them. When you besiege a fortress and they want you to grant them protection in the name of Allah and His Prophet, do not grant them the protection of Allah and His Prophet, but grant them your own and your companions’ protection (and do not break it), for if you break your own and your companions’ protection, it is less serious than breaking the protection of Allah and His Messenger. And when you besiege the people of a fortress and they want you to refer their case to the judgment of Allah, do not refer it to the judgment of Allah, but refer it to your own judgment, for you do not know whether you will be able to reach the judgment of Allah concerning them or not.” He also said some other things in this regard __QUR_N__, __XREF_N__, __REF_N__.

Hadith 1686
Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) says that there was an atmosphere of panic in Madinah, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) borrowed our horse named «مندوب» from us. We did not see any panic, and we found the horse's gait to be like that of the sea. © Imam Tirmidhi says:

Barā’ bin ‘Āzib (may Allah be pleased with both of them) says that a man asked us: “Abū ‘Ammārah! 1 Did you people flee from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)?” He said: “No, by Allah! The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not turn his back, rather the hasty people turned their backs. The tribe of Hawāzin attacked them with arrows. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was mounted on his mule, Abū Sufyān bin Hārith bin ‘Abdul-Muttalib was holding the mule’s rein, 2 and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was saying: ‘I am a Prophet, this is no lie. I am the son of ‘Abdul-Muttalib.’ 3” © Imām Tirmidhī says:
