Hadith 132
وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ . ح وحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ جَبَلَةَ بْنِ أَبِي رَوَّادٍ ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاق ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْجَوَّابِ ، عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ رُزَيْقٍ كِلَاهُمَا ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ .
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah (RA) that some people from amongst the Companions of the Apostle (ﷺ) came to him and said: Verily we perceive in our minds that which every one of us considers it too grave to express. He (the Holy Prophet) said: Do you really perceive it? They said: Yes. Upon this he remarked: That is the faith manifest. The same hadith has been transmitted by Muhammad bin 'Amr, Abu Baker bin Ishaq, Abu'l-Jawwab, A'mash and Abu Hurairah (RA) .
Hadith 1536
وحَدَّثَنِيهِ حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الشَّاعِرِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْجَوَّابِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمَّارُ بْنُ رُزَيْقٍ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ ، غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ : فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا ، أَوْ فَلْيُزْرِعْهَا رَجُلًا .
This hadith has been narrated on the authority of A'mash with the same chain of transmitters, but with a slight change of words.
Hadith 2036
وحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ جَبَلَةَ بْنِ أَبِي رَوَّاد ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْجَوَّابِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمَّارٌ وَهُوَ ابْنُ رُزَيْقٍ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ . ح وحَدَّثَنِي سَلَمَةُ بْنُ شَبِيبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَعْيَنَ ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ شَقِيقٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَعَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ .
Ammar bin Ruzaiq narrated from A’mash, who narrated from Abu Sufyan, who narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him). Zuhair also said: A’mash narrated to us from Shaqiq, who narrated from Abu Mas’ud (may Allah be pleased with him), and he narrated from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Also, (Zuhair narrated) from A’mash, who narrated from Abu Sufyan, who narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) this same hadith.
Hadith 2640
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ، وَابْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ . ح وحَدَّثَنِيهِ بِشْرُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ جَعْفَرٍ كِلَاهُمَا ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ . ح وحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْجَوَّابِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ قَرْمٍ جَمِيعًا ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، بِمِثْلِهِ .
A hadith like this has been transmitted on the authority of 'Abdullah.
