Hadith 2644
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " قَضَى أَنَّ عَقْلَ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابَيْنِ نِصْفُ عَقْلِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَهُمْ الْيَهُودُ وَالنَّصَارَى " .
´It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his grandfather, that :` the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ruled that the blood money for the people of the book is half of that of the blood money for the Muslims, and they are the Jews and Christians.
Hadith 2659
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا يُقْتَلُ مُسْلِمٌ بِكَافِرٍ " .
´It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` “A Muslim should not be killed in retaliation for the murder of a disbeliever.”
Hadith 2685
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يَدُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ عَلَى مَنْ سِوَاهُمْ تَتَكَافَأُ دِمَاؤُهُمْ وَأَمْوَالُهُمْ ، وَيُجِيرُ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ أَدْنَاهُمْ ، وَيَرُدُّ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ أَقْصَاهُمْ " .
´It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, from his grandfather that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` “The hand of the Muslims is over others, and their blood and wealth is equal in value. The (asylum granted by) the lowest of them applies to the Muslims, and the Muslims return (the spoils of war) to the farthest of them.”
Hadith 3010
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، قَالَ : وَقَفَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِعَرَفَةَ ، فَقَالَ : " هَذَا الْمَوْقِفُ ، وَعَرَفَةُ كُلُّهَا مَوْقِفٌ " .
´It was narrated that ‘Ali said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) stopped at ‘Arafat and said: ‘This is the place of standing, and all of ‘Arafat is a place of standing.’”
