Hadith 238
حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْأَيْلِيُّ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " إِنَّ هَذَا الْخَيْرَ خَزَائِنُ ، وَلِتِلْكَ الْخَزَائِنِ مَفَاتِيحُ ، فَطُوبَى لِعَبْدٍ جَعَلَهُ اللَّهُ مِفْتَاحًا لِلْخَيْرِ مِغْلَاقًا لِلشَّرِّ ، وَوَيْلٌ لِعَبْدٍ جَعَلَهُ اللَّهُ مِفْتَاحًا لَلشَّرِّ مِغْلَاقًا لِلْخَيْرِ " .
´It was narrated from Sahl bin Sa'd that:` The Messenger of Allah said: "This goodness contains many treasures, and for those there are keys. So glad tidings to the one whom Allah makes a key to good and a lock for evil, and woe to the one whom Allah makes a key to evil and a lock to good."
Hadith 519
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُصْعَبٍ الْمَدَنِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ : أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْحِيَاضِ الَّتِي بَيْنَ مَكَّةَ وَالْمَدِينَةِ تَرِدُهَا السِّبَاعُ ، وَالْكِلَابُ ، وَالْحُمُرُ ، وَعَنِ الطَّهَارَةِ مِنْهَا ؟ فَقَالَ لَهَا : " مَا حَمَلَتْ فِي بُطُونِهَا ، وَلَنَا مَا غَبَرَ طَهُورٌ " .
´It was narrated from Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri that:` The Prophet was asked about the water basins located between Makkah and Al-Madinah, which were visited by wild animals, dogs and donkeys, and about using them for means of purification. He said: "Whatever they (the animals) have carried in their bellies is for them, and whatever is left over is for us, and is pure."
Hadith 1188
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُصْعَبٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الْمَدِينِيُّ ، وَسُوَيْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنُ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ عن أبي هريرة قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ نَامَ عَنِ الْوِتْرِ أَوْ نَسِيَهُ ، فَلْيُصَلِّ إِذَا أَصْبَحَ أَوْ ذَكَرَهُ " .
´It was narrated that Abu Sa’eed said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘Whoever sleeps and misses Witr, or forgets it, let him pray it when morning comes, or when he remembers.’”
Hadith 2443
حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَطِيَّةَ السَّلَمِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَعْطُوا الْأَجِيرَ أَجْرَهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَجِفَّ عَرَقُهُ " .
´It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` “Give the worker his wages before his sweat dries.”
Hadith 2766
حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، قَالَ : خَطَبَ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَفَّانَ النَّاسَ فَقَالَ : يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ ، إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ حَدِيثًا مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمْ يَمْنَعْنِي أَنْ أُحَدِّثَكُمْ بِهِ إِلَّا الضِّنُّ بِكَمْ وَبِصَحَابَتِكُمْ فَلْيَخْتَرْ مُخْتَارٌ لِنَفْسِهِ أَوْ لِيَدَعْ ، سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " مَنْ رَابَطَ لَيْلَةً فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ سُبْحَانَهُ كَانَتْ كَأَلْفِ لَيْلَةٍ صِيَامِهَا وَقِيَامِهَا " .
´It was narrated that ‘Abdullah bin Zubair said:` “Uthman bin ‘Affan addressed the people and said: ‘O people! I heard a Hadith from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and nothing kept me from narrating it to you except for the fact that I did not want to lose you and your companionship. So it is up to you. I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying: “Whoever spends a night guarding the frontier in the cause of Allah, it will be like a thousand nights spent in fasting and prayer.”
Hadith 3218
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُصْعَبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " أُحِلَّتْ لَنَا مَيْتَتَانِ ، الْحُوتُ وَالْجَرَادُ " .
´It was narrated from ‘Abdullah bin ‘Umar that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` “Two kinds of dead meat have been permitted to us: fish and locusts.”
Hadith 3314
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُصْعَبٍ , حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ , أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَ : " أُحِلَّتْ لَنَا مَيْتَتَانِ وَدَمَانِ , فَأَمَّا الْمَيْتَتَانِ فَالْحُوتُ وَالْجَرَادُ , وَأَمَّا الدَّمَانِ فَالْكَبِدُ وَالطِّحَالُ " .
´It was narrated from ‘Abdullah bin ‘Umar that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` “Two kinds of dead meat and two kinds of blood have been permitted to us. The two kinds of dead meat are fish and locusts, and the two kinds of blood are the liver and spleen.”
Hadith 4060
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُصْعَبٍ , حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ , عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ , عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ , أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , يَقُولُ : " يَكُونُ فِي آخِرِ أُمَّتِي , خَسْفٌ وَمَسْخٌ وَقَذْفٌ " .
´It was narrated from Sahl bin Sa’d that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:` “At the end of my nation there will be the earth collapsing, transformations, and Qadhf.”
