Hadith 2388
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يُوسُفَ الرَّقِّيُّ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الصَّيْدَلَانِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنِ الْمُثَنَّى بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فِي خُطْبَةٍ خَطَبَهَا : " لَا يَجُوزُ لِامْرَأَةٍ فِي مَالِهَا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا إِذَا هُوَ مَلَكَ عِصْمَتَهَا " .
´It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father that he delivered:` “It is not permissible for a woman to dispose of her wealth except with her husband's permission, once he has married her.”
Hadith 2401
حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْجَهْمِ الْأَنْمَاطِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ سُوَيْدٍ ، عَنِ الْمُثَنَّى ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ أُودِعَ وَدِيعَةً فَلَا ضَمَانَ عَلَيْهِ " .
´It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, that his grandfather said:` “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'Whoever is entrusted with an item for safekeeping, is not responsible for it (so long as he is not negligent).' ”
Hadith 2731
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ ، أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، أَنَّ الْمُثَنَّى بْنَ الصَّبَّاحِ ، أَخْبَرَهُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لَا يَتَوَارَثُ أَهْلُ مِلَّتَيْنِ " .
´It was narrated from ‘Amr bin Shu’aib, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` “People of two different religions do not inherit from one another.”
Hadith 2745
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ الْيَمَانِ ، عَنِ الْمُثَنَّى بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ ، عَنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ عَاهَرَ أَمَةً أَوْ حُرَّةً فَوَلَدُهُ وَلَدُ زِنًا ، لَا يَرِثُ وَلَا يُورَثُ " .
´It was narrated from ‘Amr bin Shu’aib, from his father, from his grandfather that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` “Whoever commits adultery with a slave woman or a free woman, his child is illegitimate, and he cannot inherit from him or be inherited from (i.e., this child cannot inherit from him).”
Hadith 2962
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ الْمُثَنَّى بْنَ الصَّبَّاحِ ، يَقُولُ : حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ : " طُفْتُ مَعَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، فَلَمَّا فَرَغْنَا مِنَ السَّبْعِ رَكَعْنَا فِي دُبُرِ الْكَعْبَةِ ، فَقُلْتُ : أَلَا نَتَعَوَّذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ النَّارِ ، قَالَ : أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ النَّارِ ، قَالَ : ثُمَّ مَضَى ، فَاسْتَلَمَ الرُّكْنَ ، ثُمَّ قَامَ بَيْنَ الْحَجَرِ وَالْبَاب : فَأَلْصَقَ صَدْرَهُ وَيَدَيْهِ وَخَدَّهُ إِلَيْهِ ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : هَكَذَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَفْعَلُ " .
´‘Amr bin Shu’aib narrated from his father that his grandfather said:` “I performed Tawaf with ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr, and when we had finished seven (circuits), we prayed two Rak’ah at the back of the Ka’bah. I said: ‘Why do you not seek refuge with Allah from the Fire?’ He said: ‘I seek refuge with Allah from the fire.’ Then he went and touched the Corner, then he stood between the (Black) Stone and the door (of the Ka’bah) and clung with his chest, hands and cheek against it. Then he said: ‘I saw the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) do this.’”
