Hadith 1542
أَخْبَرَنِي عِمْرَانُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ ، قال : حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، قال : أَنْبَأَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ، عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ ، وَأَبِي أَيُّوب , عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، قال : " صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَاةَ الْخَوْفِ قَامَ فَكَبَّرَ فَصَلَّى خَلْفَهُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنَّا وَطَائِفَةٌ مُوَاجِهَةَ الْعَدُوِّ فَرَكَعَ بِهِمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَكْعَةً وَسَجَدَ سَجْدَتَيْنِ , ثُمَّ انْصَرَفُوا وَلَمْ يُسَلِّمُوا وَأَقْبَلُوا عَلَى الْعَدُوِّ فَصَفُّوا مَكَانَهُمْ ، وَجَاءَتِ الطَّائِفَةُ الْأُخْرَى فَصَفُّوا خَلْفَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَصَلَّى بِهِمْ رَكْعَةً وَسَجْدَتَيْنِ , ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَدْ أَتَمَّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَأَرْبَعَ سَجَدَاتٍ ، ثُمَّ قَامَتِ الطَّائِفَتَانِ فَصَلَّى كُلُّ إِنْسَانٍ مِنْهُمْ لِنَفْسِهِ رَكْعَةً وَسَجْدَتَيْنِ " قَالَ : أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ السُّنِّيِّ الزُّهْرِيُّ سَمِعَ مِنَ ابْنِ عُمَرَ حَدِيثَيْنِ وَلَمْ يَسْمَعْ هَذَا مِنْهُ .
´It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin Umar said:` "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) offered the fear prayer. He stood and said the takbir, and a group of us prayed behind him while another group was facing the enemy. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) bowed once and prostrated twice with them, then they moved away but did not say the taslim. They went to face the enemy and lined up in their places, and the other group came and formed a row behind the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), and he led them in praying, bowing once and prostrating twice. Then the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said the taslim and he had bowed twice and prostrated four times. Then the two groups stood up and each man prayed by himself, bowing once and prostrating twice." Abu Bakr IB As-Sunni said: "Az-Zuhri heard two hadiths from Ibn 'Umar, and he did not hear this from him."
Hadith 4844
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، قَالَ : أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ عَائِذٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي الْعَلَاءُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " قَضَى فِي الْعَيْنِ الْعَوْرَاءِ السَّادَّةِ لِمَكَانِهَا إِذَا طُمِسَتْ بِثُلُثِ دِيَتِهَا ، وَفِي الْيَدِ الشَّلَّاءِ إِذَا قُطِعَتْ بِثُلُثِ دِيَتِهَا ، وَفِي السِّنِّ السَّوْدَاءِ إِذَا نُزِعَتْ بِثُلُثِ دِيَتِهَا " .
´It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, from his grandfather, that:` the Messenger of Allah ruled that one-third of the Diyah should be paid for a sightless eye that looks fine, if it is destroyed; one-third of the Diyah should be paid for a paralyzed hand if it is cut off; and one-third of the Diyah should be paid for a black tooth if it is knocked out.
Hadith 5437
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ ، عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ : " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَرَأَ بِهِمَا فِي صَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ " .
´It was narrated from 'Uqbah that:` The Messenger of Allah [SAW] recited them in the Subh prayer.
Hadith 5438
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ : أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ الْحَارِثِ وَهُوَ الْعَلَاءُ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ مَوْلَى مُعَاوِيَةَ ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ ، قَالَ : كُنْتُ أَقُودُ بِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي السَّفَرِ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يَا عُقْبَةُ , أَلَا أُعَلِّمُكَ خَيْرَ سُورَتَيْنِ قُرِئَتَا ؟ " فَعَلَّمَنِي قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ , وَ قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ فَلَمْ يَرَنِي سُرِرْتُ بِهِمَا جِدًّا , فَلَمَّا نَزَلَ لِصَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ صَلَّى بِهِمَا صَلَاةَ الصُّبْحِ لِلنَّاسِ ، فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنَ الصَّلَاةِ الْتَفَتَ إِلَيَّ , فَقَالَ : " يَا عُقْبَةُ كَيْفَ رَأَيْتَ ؟ " .
´It was narrated that 'Uqbah bin 'Amir said:` "I was leading the Messenger of Allah [SAW] (on his mount) on a journey, and the Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: 'O 'Uqbah, shall I not teach you the best two Surahs that can be recited?' And he taught me: 'Say: I seek refuge with (Allah) the Lord of the daybreak.' And 'Say: I seek refuge with (Allah) the Lord of mankind...' He thought that I did not seem too overjoyed with them, so when he stopped to pray Subh, he recited them when he led the people in the Subh prayer. When the Messenger of Allah [SAW] finished praying, he turned to me and said: 'O 'Uqbah, what do you think?'"
