Sunan Nasai 4931 — Mentioning the Differences Reported from Az-Zuhri
قَالَ الْحَارِثُ بْنُ مِسْكِينٍ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ , عَنْ ابْنِ الْقَاسِمِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : " مَا طَالَ عَلَيَّ وَلَا نَسِيتُ الْقَطْعُ فِي رُبْعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا " .
´It was narrated that 'Aishah said:` "It has not been too long and I have not forgotten yet. Cutting off (the hand of the thief) is for one-quarter of a Dinar or more."
