Sunan Nasai 3744 — Mentioning The Differences Reported From Abu
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ قَالَ : أَنْبَأَنَا حِبَّانُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ طَاوُسًا ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا تَحِلُّ الرُّقْبَى فَمَنْ أُرْقِبَ رُقْبَى فَهُوَ سَبِيلُ الْمِيرَاثِ " .
´Hanzalah narrated that he heard Tawus say:` "The Messenger of Allah said: 'Ruqba is not permissible. Whoever is given something on the basis of Ruqba, it is part of his estate.'"
