Muwatta Malik (Yahya) 924 — Tawaf al-Ifadah
وَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ وَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ مَالِك، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ رَمَى الْجَمْرَةَ، ثُمَّ حَلَقَ أَوْ قَصَّرَ، وَنَحَرَ هَدْيًا إِنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ، فَقَدْ حَلَّ لَهُ مَا حَرُمَ عَلَيْهِ إِلَّا النِّسَاءَ وَالطِّيبَ حَتَّى يَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Whoever throws the pebbles and shaves his head or trims his hair, and if he has a sacrificial animal with him, then he should slaughter it; thus, those things which were forbidden for him will become permissible, except having intercourse with women and applying perfume, which will not be permissible until the Tawaf al-Ziyarah.
