وَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ مَالِك، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ : بَلَغَنِي، أَنَّ سَعْدَ بْنَ زُرَارَةَ " اكْتَوَى فِي زَمَانِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنَ الذُّبْحَةِ فَمَاتَ "
It is narrated from Yahya bin Saeed that Saad bin Zararah was cauterized during the time of the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, for the disease of throat infection, and so he died.
