وَحَدَّثَنِي، عَنْ مَالِك، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ : " مَا ذُبِحَ بِهِ إِذَا بَضَعَ، فَلَا بَأْسَ بِهِ، إِذَا اضْطُرِرْتَ إِلَيْهِ "
Saeed bin Musayyib used to say: Whatever is used for slaughtering, when it cuts (the throat), there is no harm in eating it when there is a need.
