It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he said to Nafi': "My blood pressure has risen (tabayyagha biya al-dam); bring me a cupper who is neither a child nor an old man, for I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: 'Cupping on an empty stomach is best; in it there is healing and blessing. It increases the intellect and the power of memory, and it adds further to the memory of one who memorises. So whoever wishes to have cupping done, let him have it done on Thursday with the name of Allah. Avoid cupping on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and have cupping done on Monday and Tuesday, for that is the day on which Allah Almighty removed the affliction from Sayyiduna Ayyub (peace be upon him). And avoid cupping on Wednesday, for that is the day on which Allah afflicted Ayyub (peace be upon him) with trial. And leprosy or vitiligo appear only on Wednesday or on the night of Wednesday.'"

Explanation & Benefits
Shaykh Adil Murshid et al.
Important point: The text given in brackets has been taken from the other sources so that the meaning is complete.
Grading: Very weak. Technical note / Defect ('illah): Abd Allah bin Salih (the scribe of al-Layth) and Attaf bin Khalid both have a very poor memory. Abu Hatim, defending them, said that this hadith is not their own but was inserted by someone into their books. According to Ibn Hibban, he had a neighbour who would write in a hand resembling his and throw the papers among his books, and he would take it to be his own and narrate it. Reference / Source: It was recorded by al-Bazzar, al-Tabari, al-Isma'ili and al-Khatib al-Baghdadi through various routes from Abd Allah bin Salih; however, all their narrations except al-Bazzar's are abridged.
