أخبرنا أبو عبد الله محمد بن يعقوب الحافظ، حدثنا علي بن إبراهيم النَّسَوي، حدثنا أبو مُصعَب، حدثنا عبد المهيمن بن عبّاس بن سهل بن سعد، عن أبيه، عن جدِّه: أنه حَضَرَ النبيَّ ﷺ يومَ أُحد (3).
It is narrated from Abd al-Muhaymin bin Abbas bin Sahl bin Sa'd, from his father, from his grandfather, Sayyiduna Sahl bin Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him), that he was present with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) on the day of the Battle of Uhud.

(3) إسناده ضعيف لضعف عبد المهيمن بن عبّاس، وحديثه هذا منكر، فقد ثبت عن سهل بن سعد - كما سبق - أنه كان ابن خمس عشرة سنة عندما توفي النبي ﷺ، ومن كان في سنِّه لا يشهد أُحدًا. أبو مصعب: هو أحمد بن أبي بكر الزهري.
Grading: This chain is weak due to the weakness of 'Abd al-Muhaymin bin 'Abbas, and its text is "munkar".
Important point: As has passed, it is established about Sahl bin Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) that at the time of the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) death he was only 15 years old, and a boy of that age could not have taken part in the Battle of Uhud.
Technical note / Defect ('illah): Abu Mus'ab is "Ahmad bin Abi Bakr al-Zuhri".
وأخرجه الطبراني في "الكبير" (5717) عن عبدان بن أحمد، عن أبي مصعب، بهذا الإسناد.
Reference / Source: It was narrated by al-Tabarani in "al-Mu'jam al-Kabir" (5717) from 'Abdan bin Ahmad, from Abu Mus'ab, with this chain.
