Musnad Umar bin Abdul Aziz 53 — Mention of the concession for kissing
قَالَ الشَّيْخُ: وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ الْأَشْعَثِ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ رُزَيْقٍ، ثنا الْوَلِيدُ، ثنا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُقَبِّلُهَا وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ".
It is narrated from Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would kiss her while he was fasting.
