Statement about turning towards the remembrance of Allah
Hadith 924
اُردوEn
وَبِهَذَا، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: ((إِلَى ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ فَانْتَهُوا)) .
And with this, from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, he said: "To the remembrance of Allah, so stop (and pay attention)."

In another hadith, it is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah radi Allahu anhu that the Noble Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said: ((Iza dhukkirtum billahi fantahu)) (Silsilah as-Saheehah, no. 1319) ... "When you are admonished by the name of Allah, then desist."
It is understood from this that when someone is given the means of Allah Dhu’l-Jalal, then, keeping in mind the majesty and greatness of Allah Dhu’l-Jalal, if one is asked to refrain from or to do a certain action, it should be fulfilled.
