Musnad Ishaq bin Rahwayh 646 — Giving three divorces at once explained
قَالَ ابْنُ جَرِیْجٍ: اَخْبَرَنِیْ دَاوٗدُ بْنُ اَبِیْ هِنْدٍ، عَنْ یَزِیْدَ بْنِ اَبِیْ مَرْیَمَ، عَنْ اَبِیْ عَیَاضٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ اَنَّهٗ قَالَ: اَلَّتِیْ لَمْ یَدْخُلْ بِهَا، وَالَّتِیْ قَدْ دَخَلَ بِهَا، فِی الثَّلَاثِ سَوَاءٌ۔.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he said: Whether marital relations have been established with a woman or not, in the matter of three divorces, they are equal.
