Musnad Ishaq bin Rahwayh 178 — Virtue of voluntary fasts and prayers

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that my beloved (peace and blessings be upon him) advised me regarding three things which I will never leave throughout my life: about two rak'ahs of Duha prayer, fasting three days every month, and that I should sleep after performing Witr.
