Musnad Imam Shafi'i 646 — Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them)
أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ: أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْقُبْلَةِ لِلصَّائِمِ فَأَرْخَصَ فِيهَا لِلشَّيْخِ وَكَرِهَهَا لِلشَّابِّ. أَخْرَجَ الْأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرِّسَالَةِ، وَالثَّانِيَ وَالثَّالِثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الصِّيَامِ.
It is narrated from Ata bin Yasar (may Allah have mercy on him) that Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) was asked about a fasting person kissing. He granted concession for the elderly and disliked it for the young.
