قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ: وَرَوَى أَبُو الْحُوَيْرِثِ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي الصِّمَّةِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَالَ فَتَيَمَّمَ. فَأَخْرَجْتُ الْحَدِيثَ بِتَمَامِهِ لِهَذِهِ الْعِلَّةِ.
It is narrated from Ibn Sammah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) urinated and then performed tayammum.
