Musnad Imam Shafi'i 195 — Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them)
وَبِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ كَانَ إِذَا ابْتَدَأَ الصَّلَاةَ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ حَذْوَ مَنْكِبَيْهِ، وَإِذَا رَفَعَ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ رَفَعَهُمَا كَذَلِكَ.
And with the same previous chain, it is narrated that Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) when he started the prayer, he would raise his hands up to his shoulders, and when he rose from bowing (ruku‘), he would also raise his hands up to his shoulders in the same manner.
